Im not a typical designer.

I like to call myself a visual storyteller creating solutions for your small business or by capturing that special day
on camera. I have been in the design and photography industry for over 15 years getting my start as an artist
at Hallmark Cards and more recently as an Adjunct Professor. I am also a member of JCCC Graphic Design
Advisory and Desktop Publishing Boards. 

I have been recognized for my design and photography by such organizations as KCIABC, AIGA, UCDA and most recently by the Kansas City Ad Club for Excellence in Design and Photography. I have had my photography published in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and closer to home in The Kansas City Star. I continue to work with such organizations as the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Nursing on a freelance basis creating outstanding visual solutions.
